Believers make sacrifices just as philanthropists do good.
In Luke 19:8-10 Zacchaeus told Jesus, “Lord, I want to do good”.
He did it to the needy (philanthropy) and further elevated the power of his kindness by committing to paying back fourfold to anyone he may have cheated (sacrifice for his life).
Jesus said to him, “Today salvation has come to this house".
Good to know
Because we live in the forest, we have personal responsibility to protect it and we’re committed to that unquestionably. We plant trees, crops, and flowers to improve the forest and we always intervene with wildfires.

We host our visitors with free housing and we allow extended long stays to intervene with the homelessness often caused by economic hardship. This way, we help distressed people reduce their anxiety and buy time to plan their next step.

We support similar missions like the Mampong Babies Home.
We support the development of Abasua (the village of the mountain). In the early days, we built their first borehole.
We’ve done most of those things since 1997, lead by the founder, privately.

1. Electricity
GHS 9,080 is the monthly cost of maintaining electricity including a GHS 470 petrol 4 times a week, a GHS 380 engine oil (Total 10W40) 2 times a month, a GHS 400 mechanic visit, and a GHS 400 electrician visit.
GHS 20,700 will buy a 48v 100Ah Lithium-Ion battery capable of supplying the camp 1 day of electricity in our much needed battery unit of our solar system of 6 pieces of 48v 100Ah Lithium-Ion batteries, 54 PV panels of 85% efficiency, and approximately 17, 000 kWh of electricity generated daily.

3. Housing & Water Works
GHS 20,916 is the monthly cost of maintaining clean and safe rooms, ensuring access to clean and hygienic rain water and spring water, maintaining polytanks and concrete tanks that collect rain water, installing and maintaining water collection tanks for the 20 houses at the camp. It's one of our biggest challenges.

Odima Sacrifice
This is the prayer altar of Camp 5 founder Prophet Anthony Joel. At Camp 5 one of our major spiritual directions (summons) happens here, and people from all walks of faith receive their life-changing testimony in the form of deliverance, restoration, transformation and divine encounters while tarrying in prayer.

Camp 5 Supplies is an option for you to access diverse ways of sacrifice. Your effort can be in various forms like:
Groceries & food supplies for residents & first aid supplies for everyone.
